Our Aims & Objectives

Millennium Nurses aims to provide a customised service to the public and private sector, and to develop long-term partnerships with the agency’s clients.

Our objective is to provide the highest quality and most cost-effective service fees, achieved by responding to your specific needs. We are committed to significantly improving the quality of life for persons with health and social care needs in all environments.

Quality Assurance System

Our agency’s approach to quality in the competitive recruitment and employment market is designed to meet the changing demands of our clients and customers both at present and in the future. As a supplier of temporary staff services our entire business involves people to people communications, and the identification of quality assurance through the maintenance of accurate records, regular assessment of Carer’s performance and quality systems.

Millennium Nurses Ltd. is covered by employer’s liability insurance of £10,000,000.00 and public liability insurance of £5,000,000.00.

At the time of registration, all temporary personnel are issued an information pack, which includes an application form, a medical questionnaire, code of conduct for temporary personnel, a copy of our guidelines and staff terms and conditions. In addition, an Enhanced CRB check for all new members, including POVA (Protection of Vulnerable Adults List Act) and POCA (Protection of Children Act List), must be done through our company.

Service Level Agreement

Our Service Level Agreement provides a firm cornerstone of performance objectives against which a review and evaluation can take place. The Service Level Agreement would specify the following criteria:

1. To review and evaluate an individual’s progress and programme delivery, making recommendations as appropriate.

2. To monitor the use of resources, making recommendations as to the need for acquisition of further resources where necessary.

3. To oversee care monitoring and review processes and produce regular evaluation.
