3. If you are applying for the post of health care assistant, bring with you the following documents: Click to download list. Please hand over personally to staff in our office.
*All applicants are required to go thorough an Enhanced CRB (Criminal Record Bureau) check including POCA (Protection of Children Act) and POVA (Protection of Vulnerable Adults). Click for list of documents needed for the CRB check
