Service will not be withdrawn until the service buyer has been contacted unless in circumstances such that it is impossible to maintain service, such as physical violence directed to the staff.
Every effort is made to match staff to clients in order that cultural and religious needs are met as closely as possible. Staff will be supported in their understanding of the client’s customs, values and spiritual beliefs.
All personnel have a duty to adhere to the equal opportunities policy and failure to do so may be a cause for disciplinary measures to be taken which could ultimately lead to dismissal.
